Michael Scholl
BSc Electrical Engineering, TU Eindhoven · Honors Academy. Hardware for AI, from analog circuits to neuromorphic systems.
I’m Michael Scholl, a final-year Electrical Engineering student at Eindhoven University of Technology and a member of its Honors Academy. I’m interested in hardware for AI: how circuits and architectures can make machine learning fast and efficient enough to run where it’s needed, from edge devices to real-time systems.
I like working across the stack, from analog circuit design and device physics to processors and FPGAs, because the trade-offs often sit between the layers. Going forward, I want to focus on integrated circuit design for AI.
I teach as well: I’m a teaching assistant for Electronic Circuits 2, and previously for Computer Architecture.
